Recording: How to Deliver Effective, Persuasive Testimony

On Tuesday, January 23, 2024, the Ward 6 Dems hosted Ward 6 Councilmember Charles Allen for an educational webinar on how to testify at DC Council hearings. Councilmember Allen first reviewed the details of the process of testifying, then provided advice on creating compelling testimony for the Council. He then took questions from the participants.
