By now, you should have received your mail ballot from the DC Board of Elections, and you have MANY options for making your voice heard:
DROP OFF your completed mail ballot in any DC Board of Elections DROP BOX any time between now and November 8
DROP OFF your completed mail ballot in the US MAIL, NO postage required - must be postmarked by Tuesday, November 8
DROP OFF your completed mail ballot at any ELECTION DAY VOTE CENTER on November 8
Vote IN PERSON at any ELECTION DAY VOTE CENTER on November 8
Not registered? Don't worry - DC allows you to register in person and vote the same day at any early or election day vote center. Just make sure you review the documentation you'll need to bring.
Voting in DC is now "precinctless," which means you can vote at ANY voting location that is convenient for you.
Election day polls are open from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Even if there's a line, as long as you are in it by 8:00 p.m., you will be able to vote.
For more information, including a step-by-step guide (with pictures!) to filling out your ballot, see the DC Board of Elections website: https://www.dcboe.org.
