The DC Democratic primary election is just around the corner. By now, registered voters should have received their ballots in the mail from the DC Board of Elections.
You can return your mail ballot in any USPS mail box or post office (must be postmarked no later than June 4) or DC BOE dropbox (which will be open until 8:00 p.m. on June 4).
You can use ANY dropbox city-wide, but Ward 6 locations include:
Northeast Library (330 7th Street NE)
Southwest Library (900 Wesley Place SW)
Eastern Market (225 7th Street SE)
BOE Headquarters (1015 Half Street SE)
DCPS Headquarters (1200 First Street NE)
Payne Elementary School (1445 C Street SE)
You can vote early in person any day other than Memorial Day (Monday, May 27) from May 26 - June 2.
You can vote in ANY early voting location city-wide, but Ward 6 locations include:
Walker-Jones Middle School (1125 New Jersey Avenue NW)
King Greenleaf Rec Center (201 N Street SW)
Sherwood Rec Center (640 10th Street NE)
Or you can vote in person at ANY precinct city-wide on Tuesday, June 4. The DC Board of Elections website has a handy vote center locator tool and provides answers to any additional questions you might have about voting.
Be sure to make a plan to vote!
